My Wicker provides you with a Money Back Guarantee* & 2 Year Warranty* on our outdoor wicker furniture.

Money Back Guarantee

We offer a simple promise, if you do not like the new wicker outdoor furniture setting you purchased from us-we will refund money on the item purchase. You only pay delivery cost if you had it delivered and must be in original packaging.  You can return it back to our Sydney warehouse or have it delivered back at your costs. The money back guarantee is 7 days from receiving your new setting.

2 Year Limited Warranty

Our warranty excludes accidental damage, physical impact, deliberate impact damage, normal wear and tear, goods damaged in transit (unless you have purchased transit insurance) and freight costs.

If goods are faulty on receipt, we will replace goods without customer having to return faulty product.

Warranty Conditions

Frames Frames are warranted to be free from defects in Materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years. Damage to frames or welds due to improper assembly or exposure to water and
sub-freezing temperatures is not covered under this limited warranty. Therefore, you should not allow water to accumulate inside frames.

PE Wicker The wicker is warranted against manufacturer defects for a period of 1 year. Breakage or disintegration of the wicker as a result of exposure to sunlight or other natural elements, oils, spills, fluids or chemicals and cleaning products is not covered under this limited warranty. PE wicker may stretch over time with use and is considered fair wear and tear under Australian consumer law. We recommend your purchase a weather cover to protect your outdoor setting we stock weather covers for all sets. Scratches and chips resulting from normal wear and tear on the wicker weave
are not covered under warranty.
PE wicker weave is not covered if removed by object or misuse of persons
from where it has been stapled.
Fading or discoloration of the wicker as a result of exposure to sunlight or
other natural elements, oils, spills, fluids or chemicals and cleaning
products is not covered under this limited warranty.
PE Wicker may fade exposing it to the sun, extreme heat or bright light. PE
wicker may stretch over time with use and is considered fair wear and tear
under Australian consumer law.

Cushions Cushions fabric, foam and suspension components will show signs of wear and
tear with use. Normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty.
Fading or discoloration of the cushions resulting from exposure to sunlight
or other natural elements, oils, spills, fluids or chemicals and cleaning
products is not covered under this limited warranty.
Foam and fillings may soften and form to the shape of the user over time.
Fading is considered fair wear and tear under Australian consumer law.
We recommend your purchase a weather cover to protect your outdoor setting.

NOTE: GLASS IS EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY*
All product glass is checked before delivered or pick up it’s the receivers
responsibility to check glass if it has been delivered by a third party upon
arrival to the invoice address and advise the freight driver.
The glass used in all outdoor furniture is tempered glass. Although it is
tougher than normal glass, it is not unbreakable. Tempered glass should
receive the same care as normal glass to avoid scratches items should not be
dragged on the glass.
Careless handling or misuse sometimes produces damage which may not be
immediately visible to the naked eye. Avoid dropping objects on the glass,
which may weaken it.
Damaged glass may spontaneously shatter if later subject to the thermal heat
or mechanical stress. Tables should not be dragged at any time to avoid
damage to legs and glass breakage.

NOTE: TIMBER IS EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY*
All timber products are checked before delivery or pick up it’s the
receivers responsibility to check timber if it has been delivered by a third
party upon arrival to the invoice address and advise the freight driver.
Timber is a Natural Material and cannot be guaranteed. *please view our care
instructions to prolong the life of your timber setting.
Keep your timber furniture in pristine condition by avoiding exposure to
direct sunlight or ultra violet light, which may cause discoloration or
deterioration of the surface. Also place protective padding between the
timber and any object placed on it. This should be thicker for heavy, hot or
abrasive objects that may severely damage the wooden surface.

All warranty claims must be submitted with a dated receipt within the warranty period, directly to the
retailer where the merchandise was purchased. 

If a product manufactured by My Wicker fails under the terms of our limited
warranty set forth above. My Wicker will replace the item at no charge.
Where the exact product is no longer available, My Wicker reserves the right
to substitute a similar item.

Under no circumstances shall My Wicker be liable for incidental or
consequential losses, damages or expenses, directly or indirectly arising
from the sale, handling or use of the product.

The terms of this limited warranty are subject to change without notice.

Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective
part only.

Note: Freight and or transport of goods for replacement or repair are the
responsibility of the consumer.

In order to submit a claim for a defective product, you will need to contact
My Wicker on 1300 886 541 and send notice in writing by email at
sales@mywicker.com.au with details of your name, address, telephone number,
including My Wicker product details and details of the defect claimed
and including images of defects.
