Some recent customer reviews published 9 months ago Having a showroom in Sydney made a difference for us as we could really see what we were buying Online. The dining table was as per the spec and the delivery was super fast as well. Thanks to Simon for his excellent customer service. 
quick delivery. Excellent quality and style, very impressed. Simon responded to all queries, excellent communication. Table easy to assemble, however, need two strong people for glass top, thick and heavy 
My Wicker. Simon, thankyou so much for all your patience, l must of drove you nuts with all my calls. So from the bottom of my heart l just wanted to say Thanks. Your company is the REAL DEAL your products are Top of the Range and Are Made to Last. This is A Excellent Quality Outdoor Setting. When l opened up the first box, l saw the quality and l was so pleased, then l saw the support bar’s OMG was my words and then l put it all together and sat on it. Honestly, if anyone out there is looking for the Best Quality, then please look no further. I am a Pensioner and l cannot afford what rich people pay, but Simon, you have made my dream come real. Simon, your company has made it possible for me, at honest and at fair prices. Also the company that delivered my outdoor setting were so lovely they brought it into my backyard and we’re so kind and polite, thanks guys. One VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE. Love the support underneath. Its so comfortable, and l love the extra depth, the cushions are perfect, it’s all just perfect. Thankyou. 
Ok so i thought wicker was all the same until i went and sat on a few to explore quality. Now i can tell you MyWicker is fantastic! I went to the display and sat on them. Ok it was good. But it was sooo much better than a few cheaper ones i saw. This quality is the best you can get. So please if you ready my review trust that i have done the ground work for you. I ordered online and delivery came in 7 large boxs. Omce i opened boxs they all came together so easy and fast.

So look: pretty much all outdoor stuff is manufactured overseas and shipped to Australia by retailers (unless you want to pay literally three to five times as much). Whether you’re buying from Harvey Norman, or Burning Log, or Amart or whatever, any kind of wicker furniture is made by our good friends in the PRC. Welcome to global capitalism, is what I’m trying to say. Having said that, buying big, expensive things online can be a trying experience. You’re never sure if you’re going to get quality products, or if the ‘sales’ end (and I use that term very loosely) is going to be halfway decent. I can say without a doubt that My Wicker is an absolutely fantastic outfit and you needn’t be concerned with the above. We ordered the seven way outdoor setting, and it arrived within four days. The quality is great: it’s not heavy duty steel or anything and it is quite light, but seems sturdy enough and the wicker looks like it will last a long time. We had a slight issue in that we had the right number of cushions, but for some reason we didn’t get enough of the right sized ones (although in a strange twist we did receive four ‘mystery’ cushion covers that were about one and half times the size of what we needed). Weird. At any rate, i called Simon on a Thursday with my problem, and replacement covers arrived Friday morning. Can’t complain about that!
Long story short: good quality furniture, fantastic customer service , don’t hesitate to buy.
I made my purchase online and from the beginning simon was prompt in replying to my emails and happy to adjust my order as i changed my mind afterwards. He was happy to refund me the difference with no hassels. I received my product a little over a wk after making the order and i was more than happy with the quality of it. It was perfect! Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will shop with them again if i need anything more

For example, when you visit our outdoor furniture store in Gold Coast or Sydney, our staff are more than happy to help you select the perfect outdoor furniture from our collection of wicker patio sets on sale in our store, sitting and chatting with you until you are happy with your decision.
Fast turnaround times
We make sure that your winter & summer patio furniture leaves our outdoor furniture stores as quickly as possible, so that you don’t have to wait one more minute than necessary. When you buy online, one of our friendly staff members will contact you to arrange a delivery day that is suitable for you, so you can be at home when your new wicker patio set arrives. They will also call you with an updated arrival time on the delivery day. However, if you prefer, you also have the option of picking up your outdoor furniture at our Gold Coast or Sydney outdoor furniture stores. We also offer a special delivery service where our delivery men unpack your furniture, put it all together (only minor assembly is required for some of the tables), and then remove the packaging when they leave.
